Door Body
The overall thickness of the door panel is 40mm and the interlayer is filled with polyurethane insulation material (bulk density 40kg/m³); The weight of the door panel is about 12.5 kg per square meter. The surface is flat and has no bumps. The overall structure of the panel is glued together. There will be no delamination or hollowing and the service life is up to 20 years.
Panel
The panel is made of 0.8mm thick 304 stainless steel plate with brushed surface.
Hinge
The 90° return hinge with hovering function is suitable for food processing areas, low-temperature cold storage and other occasions. When the door is opened to 90 degrees, it can automatically position and return to its original position in one go during normal use. It will not rebound multiple times inside and outside like ordinary hinges.
Hinge Installation
A 4mm thick steel plate will be embedded inside the door panel to ensure that the hinge is firmly installed.
Inside Stuffing Materials
The door body is filled with polyurethane (bulk weight 48kg/m³).
Sealing
The door panels are surrounded by EPDM rubber sealing strips, which can maintain good performance at low temperatures and have a service life of more than 10 years. The sealing strips have wedge-shaped grooves that snap into the door body, making it easy to replace the sealing strips when they are damaged by humans.
Anti-Collision Plate
The exclusive use of low-temperature resistant plastic material, 4mm thick, can be used at minus 25 degrees and will not be damaged by any impact. The anti-collision plate is installed at the door body with a 4mm thick steel plate embedded inside and fixed with M10 304 stainless steel screws to ensure that the anti-collision plate will not loosen.
Windows
It uses scratch-resistant transparent windows, the window frame is made of EPDM rubber, and the transparent glass is made of high-strength tempered glass with a thickness of 5mm, which can be used in various temperature environments.
