Door Body Structure
(1) Double-sided stainless steel plate, 0.8mm thick, made of SUS304, reinforced with steel frame inside, filled with polyurethane high-pressure foaming once formed, 120mm thick door body for low-temperature storage, 100mm thick polyurethane for cold storage, the inner and outer panels of the door body have cold bridge partition to avoid cold loss. (2) Surface treatment: brushed film treatment;
(3) Filling: high-performance heat-insulating flame-retardant polyurethane, open flame self-extinguishing in 3-5 seconds, thermal conductivity: ≤0.023w/m.k, bulk density ≥48kg/m³; (4) Edge: high-quality broken bridge structure aluminum alloy edge, stronger/durable than ordinary PVC material door frame, more integrated structure, more beautiful. (5) Surface quality: The board surface is flat, the color is uniform, and there is no obvious bumps, warping, or deformation; the surface is clean, without indentations or oil stains; the plating and coating should be uniform, flat, and smooth, and there should be no paint accumulation, pitting, bubbles, missing paint, or flow, and there should be no obvious scratches, bumps, etc.
Door Frame Structure
(1) Main frame : 1.2mm thick, 304 stainless steel sealing plate (or 0.6mm thick color steel plate for closing); (2) Door frame outer cover: select high-quality aluminum alloy type; (3) Self-constant temperature heating device: equipped with heating wire self-constant temperature heating device to avoid damage to the sealing strip. The temperature of the self-constant temperature heating device is +60~+70℃, and the power is 25W/m. The electric heating device is inside the aluminum alloy groove strip, which makes the heat transfer efficiency higher and the replacement more convenient (only configured in the low temperature warehouse)
Counterweight System
(1) The vertical lifting door of the cold storage uses a counterweight system to balance the weight of the door body; (2) The counterweight block is made of Q235 material, and the weight of the counterweight block is accurately calculated according to the weight of the door body; (3) The counterweight lifting system uses stainless steel wire rope, and the safety factor is designed to be 5 times; (4) The counterweight system is hidden in the counterweight boxes on both sides, and the counterweight box and the track system are integrated as a whole
Transmission System
The transmission structure adopts synchronous belt method.
Sealing System
(1) There is a sealing device between the door frame and the cold storage door, and there is cold bridge insulation; (2) The sealing strip material is selected from high-elasticity cold storage door low-temperature resistant silicone rubber, which can maintain normal performance in a temperature environment of -40℃~110℃, is oil-proof, aging-resistant, and highly resilient, and its service life is three times that of ordinary EPDM rubber; The sealing strip pressure plate is an aluminum alloy profile, which is different from ordinary plastic strips and has a temperature resistance of -150℃~+75℃
Rail System
(1) Variable track, the door automatically leaves the door frame when opening to reduce friction, and automatically presses against the door frame or the ground when closing; (2) Heavy track is used, and the performance is better than light track
Hardware Accessories
(1) Pulley bracket: Made of high-strength stainless steel 304 or aluminum alloy ; (2) Pulley: inner bearing 103.
Motor System
(1) The motor uses a domestic first-line brand cold storage door high-speed servo motor: Donlim brand; (2) The reduction box lubrication uses low-temperature resistant grease and can be used in an environment of -55℃;
Control System
(1) Integrated control box, fully sealed, ultra-low temperature application, especially suitable for low temperature and humid environment, fully enclosed waterproof design; (2) Adopt servo motor dedicated control system; (3) Door opening methods include buttons, remote control, pull-wire switch, etc., which are convenient and practical, can be linked with equipment control, and have rich interfaces; (4) Currently, it is the most advanced intelligent product used in cold storage, with extremely low maintenance rate.
Safety System
(1) Bottom safety edge touch device, wireless device, when there is an object at the bottom that prevents the door from descending, the door will automatically rise to the top; (2) An infrared protection device is installed at the lower end of the track, when there is an object under the door, the door will not descend; (3) An external warning light device, when the door moves, the warning light will flash and light up to remind personnel to pay attention to safety.
